When purchasing a bearded dragon from us, you automatically agree to our following terms:
ORDERING, PAYMENTS & SHIPPING:
The price of each baby dragon is listed next to each picture in the "Available Dragons" page. The amount for the Fed Ex Overnight Shipping and Handling cost is based upon the zip code of where the dragon is being shippped. Please send us your zip code for a shipping quote. Each shipping box can hold up to 2 dragons comfortably. Methods of payment you may use are: Paypal online securely by use of Credit Cards or bank transfer (login securely to your account at: www.paypal.com & send to: JohnsOrangeDrgns@aol.com), OR: Mailing of Personal Check, Cash, US Money Order or a US Certified Bank Check with delivery confirmation, so it will protect both parties in case it gets lost in the mail. Please indicate which babies you would like to receive from the pictures in the "Available Dragons" page. Please also include your name and address (no P.O. boxes) where the dragons will be shipped. Priority is given on a first come, first serve basis in the order that your interest is received. The first person who contacts us about a specific dragon will be entitled to purchase it first and also put a hold on it for up to 5 days thereafter if they wish. If they decide to back out before the 5-day hold is over, or the 5 days expires, the next person who had expressed an interest will be entitled to purchase the dragon next and so on. You will be notified via email of the date that your 5 days expires. This method has been designed to treat our customers honestly and fairly. We know what it's like to be disappointed many times by other breeders who do not stick to their "First Come, First Served" policy. They ignore their policy and just sell their dragon to the first person who waves money in their face, regardless of if another person inquired first. We do not believe in treating our customers in this unprofessional manner. We always stick to our policy and our customers are always treated with fairness on a First Come, First Served basis. All payments must be made in advance, prior to shipping the babies. Once your funds are sent and cleared, we will ship out your requested amount of baby dragons to be received on a date that we arrange with you.
Shipments will only be made within the Continental United States, on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays, and when temperatures are between 35 and 90 degrees farenheit for the dragon's safety (To view what the Lowest Temperature will be at nighttime for the entire shipping route, on the date that we arranged for shipment, please go to: www.weather.com/maps/news/forecastsummary/usweathertonight_large.html). All baby dragons will be shipped using Fed Ex Overnight delivery. There must be an adult (over 18 years old) home to sign for the delivery, otherwise the Live Guarantee below is void. All packaging materials are marked, "Fragile: Live Lizard" to encourage safe and proper handling during shipment. The bearded dragon babies will be shipped in a closed round plastic display container that is vented with holes so the dragons can breathe. A heat pack(s) will also be included in the shipping materials, depending on the time of year the dragons are shipped. After the shipment is made, we will email you a tracking number so you may track the delivery at www.fedex.com .
LIVE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS:
All baby dragons are guaranteed alive and healthy upon arrival. There must be an adult (over 18 years old) home to sign for the delivery on the 1st Attempt, otherwise this Live Guarantee is void. If for some reason you have received a dragon that is not alive, please contact us within 24 hours (1 day) via email after the delivery has been made, and send us multiple pictures via email of the deceased dragon from different angles in order to receive a full refund of the dragon's price (Shipping & Handling fees will NOT be refunded), or a replacement, at your request. If you DO NOT contact us within 24 hours (1 day) after receiving your deceased dragon, as well as email us multiple pictures of the dragon, we will not issue any refunds or replacements. There are no other types of refunds, replacements or returns.
PICTURES:
None of the Bearded Dragon pictures on our website are modified to enhance the color saturation in any way. Other breeders will use a computer software program which will enhance the color of their pictures to fool their customers into thinking that their dragons are more colorful than they really are. Others will even soak their dragons in water prior to taking their pictures which will make them appear more colorful. We would never perform such devious acts. None of our pictures are ever modified. The pictures that you see are exactly what the camera sees. Even though our pictures already show their vivid coloration naturally, our dragons will always look colorful in person. :)
SEXING:
Sexing of baby dragons can be attempted at most, but is very difficult to determine and cannot be guaranteed. All babies are sold after they are at least 6-inches long or 6 weeks old, which is before the time period when they can usually be sexed (age 16-20 weeks old). Therefore, male and female determination is not guaranteed.
